Kenosha County Housing Support Services

The CLTS Program assists children with disabilities and their families by providing support and services aimed at promoting their growth and enabling them to thrive within their home and community environments.

     This service assists participants and their families in navigating housing opportunities, overcoming housing barriers, and maintaining tenancy. It involves consultations to assess their housing needs and create personalized support plans.

      Services include assistance with housing search, application processes, accommodations requests, and lease reviews. Additionally, it provides guidance on homeownership, financing, accessibility, and property safety evaluations. 

      Support is also offered for tenant-landlord relationships, lease compliance, housing recertification, dispute resolution, eviction prevention, and ongoing plan adjustments.
